Service & Repairs

Please contact one of the service centers below before sending your Boundless product in for repair. If we determine that your product needs repair, we will give you a return authorization number. This number should be used for all inquiries regarding your equipment and must be clearly visible on the outside of the shipping container to ensure proper handling.

Please remove all NON-Boundless parts from the equipment before shipping. Boundless Technologies is not responsible for customer-owned supplies. Equipment should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible. Boundless  will supply new boxes in advance upon request (for a nominal fee).
